The HCG Diet with Very Low Calorie Food Choices

I have been reading articles and forum posts about HCG diet that was authored by Dr. Albert Simeons and it made me really curious.  I'm sure you guys are too so here are a few pointers:


British endocrinologist Albert T. W. Simeons' proposed HCG as an adjunct to an ultra-low-calorie weight-loss diet (less than 500 calories).[34] Simeons, while studying pregnant women in India on a calorie-deficient diet, and "fat boys" with pituitary problems (Frölich's syndrome) treated with low-dose HCG, claimed that both lost fat rather than lean (muscle) tissue.[34] He reasoned that HCG must be programming thehypothalamus to do this in the former cases in order to protect the developing fetus by promoting mobilization and consumption ofabnormalexcessive adipose deposits. Simeons in 1954 published a book entitledPounds and Inches, designed to combat obesity. Simeons, practicing at Salvator Mundi International Hospital in Rome, Italy, recommended low-dose daily HCG injections (125 IU) in combination with a customized ultra-low-calorie (500 cal/day, high-protein, low-carbohydrate/fat) diet, which was supposed to result in a loss of adipose tissue without loss of lean tissue.[34]

After thorough reading and asking questions, I decided to order hcg pellets from a reputable seller. Prior to this, I went grocery shoppin and I bought essential vegetables, fruits and lean meats as well as kitchen scale and weighing scale. I have to carefully measure what I eat since I am only allowed to take 500 calories per day. Whoah such a challenge but I'm really determined to do this.


I have to do this! :) I'm starting my phase 1 day 1 which is also called as gorging today and I have to eat as much fatty foods as I could. Oh geez. Just the thought of it makes me want to vomit. Anyway, here's what I look like at the moment and I'll be posting my weight and picture of how I look like daily.
